Asia Sky Voyage is committed to providing exceptional travel experiences in Southeast Asia. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to your travel plans. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds for our tours.
2. Cancellation by the Client
2.1 Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit, minus a $100 administrative fee per person.
30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
2.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the scheduled departure time and location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Changes to Your Booking
3.1 Change Requests
If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., travel dates, accommodation upgrades, or itinerary adjustments), please contact us as soon as possible. All change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3.2 Fees for Changes
More than 30 days before departure: Changes may be made for a $50 administrative fee per person, plus any additional costs incurred due to the changes.
Less than 30 days before departure: Changes may be made for a $100 administrative fee per person, plus any additional costs incurred due to the changes.
4. Cancellation by Asia Sky Voyage
4.1 Force Majeure
Asia Sky Voyage reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics). In such cases, we will offer you the following options:
Reschedule: Rebook the same tour for a future date at no additional cost.
Alternative Tour: Choose an alternative tour of equivalent value.
Full Refund: Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
4.2 Minimum Group Size
Our tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum group size is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, you will be notified at least 30 days before the scheduled departure and offered the following options:
Reschedule: Rebook the same tour for a future date at no additional cost.
Alternative Tour: Choose an alternative tour of equivalent value.
Full Refund: Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation or change request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Asia Sky Voyage is not responsible for any costs or losses not covered by travel insurance.
