Full Payment: The balance of the payment must be made by the due date specified in your confirmation. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations by You

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of deposit, minus any administrative fees.
30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Asia Sky Voyage is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to such events.
